I'm a trauma-informed integrative psychotherapist offering one-to-one counselling for adults in Cardiff. I provide a warm, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace, make sense of what's been happening, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and together we'll find an approach that feels right for you.
I work with a range of issues, including anxiety and OCD, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and life transitions. As someone who is neurodivergent, I understand that there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. My practice is neurodivergent affirming, and I warmly welcome LGBTQ+ clients. My aim is to create a space where you feel safe, accepted, and able to bring your whole self.
Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, I spent around 15 years supporting victims and survivors of abuse which continues to shape my compassionate, trauma-informed approach.
