Location

Therapy Space Cardiff's rooms are located in Sophia House serviced offices on Cathedral Road, Cardiff.

The building is in easy walking distance of Sophia Gardens, Bute Park, and Cardiff city centre, enabling both easy transport access and nearby areas to relax and unwind.

Accessibility
The building itself has disabled access, however please note only Room 6 has lift access and is disability compliant. For clients with mobility issues, on-site parking can be reserved for up to 2 hours via reception.

Parking
There is free on-street parking further up Cathedral Road and in the surrounding streets, however please be mindful there is also resident-only parking in this area. The nearest pay and display is Sophia Gardens, which is a 5-minute walk from the building and costs £4.50 for up to 2 hours. Alternatively, Wellington Street Car Park and Severn Road Car Park are both approximately 10-minute walks away, and are free for up to 2 hours in the evening, or £3 all day. 

Public Transport
The area is very well served by bus routes, with several routes stopping along Cathedral Road itself. Sophia House is about a 20-minute walk from both Cardiff Central and Queen Street train stations.
