The rooms
Therapy Space Cardiff has two thoughtfully and purposefully furnished rooms to rent for talking therapies avaliable. Each room has been designed with client and therapist comfort in mind, providing dimmable lighting, comfy seating, and a desk space. All bookings include 30-minute changeover times, minimising the rush.
The Building
Therapy Space Cardiff's rooms are located in Sophia House on Cathedral Road, Cardiff. The counselling rooms are situated in a historic Edwardian building with an easily-accessible location for both public transport and by car, just minutes from the A48 and city centre.
Ideal for psychotherapy and counselling, the rooms offer flexible working styles as they are equipped with armchairs and desk spaces. Both rooms are close to the kitchen and bathroom facilities, and just a short distance to reception.
Clients seen during regular office hours will be greeted by reception who will discreetly notify you they have arrived, and be able to take a seat in the waiting area until collected by their therapist. Outside of office hours the building is safe and secure as the main door is locked. Those who are seen out of hours will be able to shelter from the Welsh weather in the glass vestibule, before being collected by their therapist.
Cosy and multi-purpose
Each room avaliable for hire is suitable for counselling and talking therapies of any kind. The rooms include a desk and wired internet access for switching between online and in-person sessions.

The building offers a reception and waiting area, and kitchen and bathroom facilities. Each room has been designed to provide comfort, and strike the perfect balance between welcoming and professional.
